1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
"Company/We/Us/Our" refers to Rock Rose Ranch, a company registered in Cyprus with registration number x and registered address at Rock Rose Ranch

"Guest/You/Your" refers to the person making the booking and all persons included in the booking.
"Accommodation" refers to the deluxe yurt and associated facilities provided by the Company.
"Booking" refers to the reservation of accommodation and services.
"Site" refers to the camping grounds and facilities operated by the Company.
1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once full payment is received. No deposit needed. We’ll send you an email with all the details—check it and let us know right away if anything’s off.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept [insert your accepted payment methods].
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Plans change—we get it. Here’s how cancellations work:
• Cancel more than 30 days before arrival: full refund
• Cancel 14–30 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Cancel less than 14 days before arrival: no refund
• No-shows or early departures: no refund
Right to Cancel (Cyprus/EU Law)
If you book online or remotely, EU law gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund—only if your stay is more than 14 days away.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

5. Respect the Ranch
This is our home, not a chain hotel. Please treat it with care. If anything gets damaged, let us know—serious damage may result in a charge.
6. Ranch Rules
• No smoking indoors
• No unapproved guests
• Pets? Ask first—we have our own animals
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Supervise children at all times
7. Use of Facilities
Guests use all facilities (horses, trails, fire pits, etc.) at their own risk. Safety instructions will be provided—please follow them. We don’t take responsibility for injuries resulting from misuse.
8. Fires & Cooking
Fires are only allowed in designated areas. BBQs and campfires must be supervised and fully extinguished. Please check with us before lighting anything.
9. Cleaning
We clean before you arrive. Please leave things tidy when you leave. A cleaning fee may apply if you leave the place in a state.
10. Group Bookings & Events
Let us know in advance if you’re planning a group stay or special event. We may need to discuss extra logistics or terms.
11. Your Belongings
We’re not liable for lost or stolen belongings. Lock your things and keep valuables safe.
12. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
Your personal data is handled in line with GDPR and Cyprus’s data protection laws. We only use your info to process bookings and communicate with you—we don’t share it with third parties without consent.
13. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes will be settled in Cypriot courts.
14. Liability Waiver
We are not responsible for:
• Injuries from riding, fires, or other activities on the property
• Loss or damage to personal items
• Unexpected interruptions (weather, power cuts, etc.)
We strongly recommend travel insurance.
15. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If anything goes wrong, talk to us during your stay—we want to make it right. If things can’t be resolved, you can contact the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service.
16. Age Requirement
You must be 18 or older to book. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Rock Rose Ranch, you agree to all of the above. We’ll bring the good vibes and honest hospitality—just show up, be decent, and enjoy the ride.
